Last week, the Baltimore Regional Transportation Board (BRTB) hosted an open house in Queen Anne’s County to connect with residents about RegionNow 2027. The event featured a StoryMap highlighting 171 proposed projects, along with an update from Maryland State Highway Administration planners on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge rebuild.

The Chesapeake Leadership Academy recently hosted its second session at 4MLK, where cohort members got to hear from Gregory Herlong, Hannah Schmitz, and Mark VanderZyl about the building's development and the entrepreneurial spirit that it invokes in the BioPark community. The group also got to hear from Lynda Eisenberg and Bill Cole to give the group a full picture on how planning, zoning, housing, and economic development all fit together to create, sustain, and improve the communities in which we work and live.
