Growing up, Ti’Shaun Chase, better known as Chase, ditched her girl clothes at 5, preferring “Batman” underwear to “Little Mermaid.” As she grew older she went through her “boi” phase, wearing pants two sizes too large and emulating men. Today, she refers to herself as a “Gui,” a masculine woman who is comfortable in her tailored clothing. Chase began her career in 2002 as a men’s formal wear spec
ialist. In 2012 she launched C.U.E. Style Consulting, a tailoring and wardrobe consulting firm. When she’s not busy as a personal stylist, focusing on men’s fashion for masculine of center women, Tran’s men, and other gender nonconforming folks, Chase runs Artist Block Collective with her two best friends. ABC is a collective of visual artists and poets in the city of Baltimore. Love Revolution is their signature traveling Open Mic night. Her personal philosophy is, when you look good, you feel great. Having over 10 years’ experience in men’s fashion, personal styling, and formal wear; Chase seeks to open the market to renaissance women like herself who are more comfortable in menswear – that is men’s fashion is for everyone. stands for Chic, Urban, and Emo; its name symbolizes the distinct fusion of tailored street clothes with a touch of punk.
