Innovative Housing Institute

IHI strives to expand affordable housing in economically diverse and sustainable communities through public policy, technical assistance with inclusionary zoning, advocacy, and grass roots housing placement and casework. We work with government housing agencies, private donors, and developers to create affordable communities through new and creative ways using inclusionary zoning and community land trusts.
