Most people think relationship problems are about the other person...

What they said
What they did
What they didn't do
And on the surface, that makes sense

But if you slow it down...
something else becomes obvious.

It's not just what's happening between you.
It's what's happening inside you while you're with them.
That's the barrier to connection.

There are moments where you respond before you've even thought.
Something in you reacts fast without you choosing it.

That's a pattern.

You might recognise this:
> You withdraw when things get uncomfortable
> You keep the peace instead of saying what you feel
> You react quickly to avoid feeling exposed
> You overthink, over-explain, or shut down
And this is the frustrating part...

You see it after it happens.
You reflect on it, understand it and promise yourself you'll do it differently.
But in the moment?
It runs anyway.

Because those patterns aren't logical.
They're coming from your nervous system.
From what your body learned was safe in connection.

Real change doesn't come from advice.
It comes from having the capacity to:
→ Stay when it's uncomfortable
→ Speak when it would be easier not to → Listen without reacting
→ Repair when things break down
That shift happens in the nervous system.
