Has anyone else tried this blend or something similar?
Eucalyptus oils may be the "poster child" for respiratory support BUT cardamom ALSO has a respectable 1-8 cineole content making it a great oil to blend with others for increased breathing benefits! Caraway essential oil has fabulous anti-inflammatory effects along with antihistamine action so don't discount this "spice" oil...... Of course peppermint is great too - it may help reduce sneezing and diminish the feeling of needing to "itch" that nose!
