I spent hours…

Before my son was born, I spent hours researching things like when to start solids, how to cut fingernails, and the best swaddles/bassinets/everything else. How many hours did I spend planning for postpartum? Big fat zero.

Oh, how I wish I could go back and spend that time differently. There are so many amazing postpartum planning tools now, like those from or . If you are delivering anytime in the near future, please do yourself a favor and plan for postpartum. If you know someone who is pregnant, please share this with them and better yet, help them plan and be part of their postpartum support team!
