FOSS4G North America is where the geospatial community shows off what's next: new tools, new workflows, and new ways to solve real problems. But the conference is also about celebrating something deeper. The critical work that keeps open source strong.

That work comes from many places:
- Core contributors who maintain projects year after year
- Educators, instructors, and documentation writers who help others learn
- Practitioners using these tools daily in agencies, universities, nonprofits, and companies
- The people who answer questions, fix bugs, and help someone get unstuck
- The organizations that fund this work and keep it sustainable

We're looking for lightning talks, presentations, workshops, and posters that keep open source geospatial useful, resilient, reliable, welcoming, and sustainable. Proposals focused on foundational projects and everyday workflows are especially welcome.
