The purpose of BI's training and employment services is to prepare nontraditional populations for jobs in high demand markets offering quality employment, benefits, and career advancement. Mr. Ralph Foster stopped by last week. Graduated from CSA one year ago. GED test complete and waiting for results! He has been working ever since he graduated, currently in a warehouse for a major bookbinder here in Baltimore!
