Dear Hamilton Families,

This afternoon, our school experienced a false fire alarm that required us to evacuate the building in accordance with our safety procedures. While students and staff were safely outside awaiting clearance to return to the building, a car accident occurred nearby.

We want to assure you that all students and staff remained safe throughout both incidents. Our team followed established safety protocols, and students returned to the building once it was cleared by Baltimore City Fire Department personnel.

Please note that Old Harford Road between Sylvan Avenue and Christopher Avenue remains closed due to the unrelated car accident. We ask for your patience and caution during dismissal as traffic may be affected.

If your child has concerns or questions about the unrelated car accident, please contact the school so we can provide support.
