Who We Are
We started off because of an awkward question:

"What should I do if the unthinkable happens to one of my employees?"

Oftentimes, the employer wants to do what's right for the affected employee, his/her family and the rest of the team. However, without the proper provisions in place, this often creates a strain on the budget and unrealistic expectations from employees.

It is out of this conundrum that VBI was born. We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to protect their employees and keep costs low while maintaining a high level of convenience and transparency.
