This basement has been a project on its own. Junk on top of junk. We opened the storm door to load out and caught this awesome moment with the lights off.

Check out the progress. From a pile of scraps and discards to broom clean concrete. With the right HVAC work.

The counters are in and these cabinets are pristine. We keep 'em covered to preserve them for the first tenant, to use this updated kitchen and our new touches.

Old pipes and water damage behind the old cabinetry, meant new waterproof drywall to protect this kitchen for the next family.

And picking colors for the walls, new cabinets and backsplash.
