To replace what no longer serves.

A - Awareness
Clock the belief. No dramatics

I — Intention:
Choose a better one. Intentionally.

D — Decisiveness:
Don’t revisit what you’ve already outgrown.

E — Ex*****on:
Move accordingly. Consistently. Quietly.

Please believe me: I don’t argue with those non-serving limiting beliefs. I work through them until they get phased out.
