Injuries are ABSOLUTELY a part of this Lifestyle. However, being acceptive of those injuries... not doing anything about it, simply isn't acceptable. I've slacked big time in getting the array of treatments I like. And I've slacked heavy on getting Cupping done... until today! My acupuncturist is the truth...he explained the positive & negative about getting Cupping. He expressed concern about lesions, bruising & potentially bleeding due to weak skin. I told him I'm from Brooklyn... I have Tough Skin. π€£
He also put me onto h where I can get my own Cupping kit to treat myself at home! Appreciate you Dr. Marcos.
This year, I will make & keep my Body Treatments schedule: Accupunture, Massage Therapy, Cupping, Graston Treatment, etc. What are you Guys doing to keep yourselves in the Game?
