The Nalley Family project is now complete, featuring a major update. The renovation included a thorough transformation of the living space and a full kitchen remodel. We appreciated the opportunity to work with Shane and Tracey.

This project was such a major transformation for this wonderful family.

Scope of work included :
Dropped ceiling, adding in can lighting, crown moulding hiding an led light-feature.
Removed and gutted all fixtures and components except the tub.
Replaced rotten wood under shower pan, and enlarged shower by six inches.
Removed the original beige tile installed an 12x24 natural stone marble tile, added a niche and finished with a frameless glass enclosure.
Dated cherry cabinets were replaced with shaker grey cabinetry topped with a beautiful grey granite and polished chrome fixtures.
Vanity mirror was custom cut to accommodate three sconces installed on top of the mirror. Flooring is wide planked faux wood with minimal grout lines.
