Ranch bear Cheyenne Wyoming-

The ultimate Wyoming garage/ shop: mancave coming to fruition that I had the pleasure of working on about 2 yrs back. I didn’t design the building. I, with collaboration of the owner (photo cred Jose Melendez) designed all the alternative energy infrastructure and add-ins such as a 6 circuit in-slab radiant heating system, windmill generator, battery banks, and solar, and included a little apartment and master bathroom. This is designed also to fit inside a motor home, complete with thickened interior footings to accommodate an electric, vehicle hoist for working on those ranch vehicles, maybe even rotate the tires on the Winnebago. Super stoked to see it actually coming together for my client.

Getting his plans and all the systems designed and graphically represented on paper for the county was what I was hired for. My client, an aerospace engineer, needed me to dumb everything down for him so as to submit and receive permit approval from the county. Yes there hoops- many many hoops to jump through, but we got it done.

The metal building was erected in 5 days.
