📚 🐠 Books, bubbles, and a little ocean magic! Young learners and their families dove into an Under the Sea Storytime at CALM this morning, where community partners came together to promote early literacy through stories, dental health, and hands-on learning.

Three Kern County students are headed to the National History Day competition!

Avyaan Jain of Ronald Reagan Elementary (Panama-Buena Vista Union School District) and sisters Ellie Huynh of Fruitvale Junior High (Fruitvale School District) and Emily Huynh of Stockdale High School (Kern High School District) will represent California at the University of Maryland after advancing through both the county and state competitions.
