We also appreciate Principal Flores for providing important updates and sharing what our Paramount families can look forward to in the new school year. We are excited for all that’s ahead! 🎉

Our Momma Palooza celebration was a beautiful opportunity to honor and uplift the incredible women in our school community in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month. 🌸

The evening began with an empowering presentation from our school social worker, Mrs. Fernandez, and Program Specialist Ms. Soto, who shared the importance of self-care, wellness, and taking time to care for ourselves both mentally and emotionally.

We were also grateful to partner with Tri-Community Adult Education cosmetology students, who generously provided relaxing manicures and hand massages for our participants, creating a calming and pampering experience for the moms and women in attendance.

Families also enjoyed engaging self-care activities including building their own flower bouquets and creating personalized sugar hand scrubs to take home.

Thank you to everyone who helped make Momma Palooza such a meaningful and memorable event for our community! 🌷💖

May Mental Health Awareness Month at Paramount 🌿💙
Our lunchtime wellness activities brought everyone together for a little creativity, movement, positivity, and fun! From bubble wands and rock painting to yoga, dancing, coloring, fresh lemonade, and positive affirmations, each station was a reminder to pause, recharge, and support mental well-being.

Taking time to care for ourselves — and each other — matters. ✨
