This is how we spend a Sunday afternoon when we really can’t wait to move into our new house. 😂😂😂

We moved my parents into their space, but we won’t be in the new house full time for a few more weeks. Kinley will finish up preschool near our old home and then we’ll settle into our new house. We cannot wait!!

It's time!! It's time to be the BEST you that you can be!!

You may be there already and if you are, I applaud you, I am proud of you, and I am in awe of you.

If you aren't feeling like you are the BEST you can be, I understand you!! I hear you! and I am with you!!

It is a journey, it is a path, and it can take time. But what you need to hear is that you are Enough, You will get there, and You CAN do this!!

I am guilty of doubting myself, second guessing the things that I do, but I am learning that it is never too late to change these things. It's never too late to be confident in yourself, believe in yourself and shake off the fear!

Take some time to reflect on what your BEST looks like. Imagine who you will be when you are at your BEST! Tell me one thing you will do today to work towards your BEST self!!

Hello!!!! Happy Wednesday!

I know I’ve been MIA for a little more than a hot minute! But I’m here now. 🥰

Life, life can be interesting. We all go through things that we can either let break us or make us! This is a test of character. I know that I am very guilty of letting things break me! Both mentally and physically. But I’m learning to shift my mindset!

I joined what I thought was “just” a bootcamp just over 4 months ago. With the hopes of getting fit, loosing some weight, and meeting some new friends. But this group has turned out to be so much more! The women in this tribe are some of the most supportive me caring woman I have ever met!! ☺️☺️

Every 8 weeks we have a new theme. This new session is all about being the sunshine. But one of the things that the leader of the tribe asked us to do is write down a word to focus on for the next 8 weeks. Mine is Mindset! I’m trying to teach myself to turn the negative thoughts I have into positive ones. For everyday that I accomplish this I’ll add a fun smiley sticker! Stick with me…..I’ll keep you posted on the progress.

Better health is a continuous journey, not a destination! We have to continually work on the lifestyle. Maybe that means making better food choices, getting in your water, or committing to more exercise and yes even more sleep. Sometimes though we have to take a few supplements in along the way. I start my days with this yummy pink drink and water. Then I set my intentions on eating better and getting in at least some sort of workout every single day. Some days it's harder to stick to this than others, but I remind my self that it is a journey and as my trainer and coach would say, "Remember to enjoy the journey"
