Beyond the Breakfast Club

activity that serves as a fun and simple way to give basic nutritional advice, and create recipe books and grocery planning lists that are both nutritious and budget friendly so we can “teach a man to fish” so to speak. We will also participate in cooking demonstrations at the various homes, table at Health Fairs throughout the semester, and help with the transport and distribution of fresh ingredients to each residential center, with the mission of supporting a healthier Austin, both on the individual and community scale.
