Arc and Node Here at Arc and Node, we aim to help build employee-focused companies inspiring grassroots behavior change. We believe that all companies have a responsibility to invest in their employee’s emotional and mental health, which is influenced by interpersonal communication.

We are proud to start 2020 off with a new partnership! We are now members of the Coalition. The purpose of this group is to spark national conversation about how and when to listen to others in our social spaces (e.g., schools, workplaces, and personal relationships) regarding difficult topics affecting our society.
