ted into the Tejano Roots Hall of Fame based out of Alice, Texas, The West Texas Music Hall of Fame bestowed him the Music Pioneer Award and Tony “Ham” Guerrero has also been inducted into the Texas Music Museum by Dr. Clayton Shorkley and was also recognized by ALMA (Austin Latino Music Association) as an “Idolo del Barrio”. Tony “Ham” Guerrero, is considered an Icon in the Tejano Onda and was recognized in the permanent “Trail of Legends” by the city of Austin Council in Austin, Texas. Whom performed alongside such greats as Jose Alfredo Jimenez, Tony and Luis Aguilar, Vicente Fernandez and Celia Cruz. In March 2011, Alfredo Antonio accepted the Best Latin Band award for Tortilla Factory who were also inducted into the Hall of Fame by the South by Southwest Austin Chronicle Music Awards. On Oct 11, 2012 Alfredo went on to accept a tribute award by the Tejano Globe Awards, honoring his late father in memoriam.
