Laura has been part of Chalk for nearly 7 years and is truly one of our OG members. From day one, she’s brought positivity, consistency, and support to our community. Whether it’s showing up ready to work, encouraging others in class, or jumping into community events and challenges, Laura represents what Chalk is all about.
Over the years, we’ve watched her grow so much stronger and more confident in the gym, and it’s been awesome to witness. She’s an absolute pleasure to coach and one of those people who makes the community better just by being part of it.

One of our favorite things about Chalk… a class can include members who’ve been with us 4+ years right alongside someone in their very first week. Different ages, backgrounds, goals, and training histories — all showing up together and putting in work.

One of our absolute favorites — always smiling, always optimistic, and always showing up strong. Nora has battled breast cancer and come out even more powerful (inside and out). She’s now crushing banded pull-ups and hitting milestones she once thought were impossible.
She joined Chalk to take control of her health and get the guidance she needed — and since then, she says Chalk has changed her life. Honestly, she’s inspired every single one of us. We’re so proud of you and honored to be part of your journey. 💪✨
