Thank you December! This year has being so unique with lots up and downs. I feel as the year has thought me to let go of the things….Pero oye que difícil!!
Again thank you to all my sweet clients, family and friends. Let’s make more memories together, I will continue to provide a space where we can move, reconnect to our bodies and to have fun ..Vamos 2026!!

I will be teaching a restorative Pilates mat class on Sunday 10/19 at 10:30am at .39 for we will breathe, release and reconnect to our pelvic floor and our bodies.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow Wednesday. It will mean the world to se you all in class. Let’s go!!

Denver you are cute…dreams become reality I went to see a dream of mine since I was 14 or 15 years old. And of course I did some Pilates while in Denver. What a magical trip! We will be back soon Denver. Thank you to and Brian for an awesome session.
