- Each session is crafted to be specific to each individuals needs. We may incorporate multiple modalities into one session, we may rotate, or we may stick with what you know and like. Our first session we can discuss our goals and ass
ess where we are at that point. EXPERIENCE/OFFERINGS:
- I have been teaching Yoga and receiving various training certificates since 2010 and received my Integrative Yoga Therapy Certificate in early 2023. Additional certifications and trainings have focused on working with special populations so I am please to accomodate various levels of mobility, age, body types, life stages, and I am a trauma informed practicioner. To make sure we are building a solid and safe foundation of practice, I emphasize and assess proper alignment, body mechanics, and breathing techniques throughout.
- I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since mid 2015 and practicing independently as well as collaborating with other businesses. I have received additional certificates and trainings in modalities such as: Ashiatsu (using my feet and a bar mounted to the cieling), Shiatsu / Thai (both typically done on a mat but can also be done on the table), cupping, hot stones, myofascial release, pre/post natal, etc.
- I offer energy work, attunements, and sound therapy that can be implemented in seperate sessions or mixed in with your Yoga and/or massage experience. CLASSES:
- I also teach couples, family memebers, and friends safe and effective massage techniques. It's a beautiful bonding experience for everyone involed, myself included. I love sharing whatever knowledge, inspiration, and message that comes through as we work together!
