It’s been two years since my mum passed. There’s still such a gap in my life where she used to be, but while I miss her every day, the memories of her are still so strong and bring me great joy. I’ve always said I don’t want to mourn her loss, but celebrate her life – and she gave us so much to celebrate and remember with a smile. She had such a tremendous spirit and she truly did life justice.

Mum, you’re still my biggest inspiration and remembering you today (and every day) reminds me to find joy in the everyday, to not take life too seriously and to put my family at the heart of all I do.

When now is the best time to make the changes you have been wanting to make? - going to any seminar/conference is pointless unless you gave chosen to adopt it into your system!
