In Austin we truly are used to merely dreaming of a white Christmas. ❄️ While this holiday season is unseasonably warm, at least it's much easier to smoke a brisket! (Looking at snowy photos from winters past also kind of helps.)

I also want to acknowledge those of you who are having to work this holiday season to keep our essential services up and running. I'm no stranger to working on the holidays, and am grateful for those who are spending precious time away from their loved ones to serve their communities.
