The Continuum Method

We have partnered with MAT Headquarters to bring you the opportunity to experience MAT in your city this March!

Join us March 20th from 2-4:30pm at our facility in Austin, Texas. If you have been curious about the power of MAT, how it can help your clients, and what it could do for your career, stop by to get connected. Owner of The Continuum Method, Eric Ferguson, will speak about his experiences as an MAT student, and how learning MAT had changed his businesses direction. Eric will share his story and demonstrate the power of MAT with one of his current clients.

Now introducing Pilates group classes with Banks Cooney, starting at $25!* Classes will be offered at 12PM on Mondays, 12PM on Wednesdays, and 10AM on Saturdays.
