We’re excited to share that Midtown is transitioning our title operations to Patten Title!

We feel confident this move aligns us with a more forward-thinking, technology-driven partner that will continue to enhance how we serve you.

From your perspective, not much will change. Our team, service, and commitment to a smooth closing experience remain exactly the same.

As we make this transition, there will be a short period of overlap:

📍Starting Monday, May 4, all NEW contracts will be opened and closed with Patten Title.
📍Active/Currently Open Contracts closing on or before June 1 can close with Independence Title.
📍Contracts closing after June 1 will be transferred to Patten Title, and our team will guide you through that process to ensure everything stays on track.
📍All Listings will be moved to Patten Title.

Most importantly (and excitingly), we are now officially operating as Midtown Title!

⭐️ Moving forward, Midtown Title should be named directly in contracts, and all funds should be made payable to Midtown Title. ⭐️
