The phrase "reclaim your power" can sound low-key like "guru on a bender."

Like summiting Everest to plant a sword. Or summoning the energy of the cosmos—right after pounding an espresso.

But the more I think about it, the more I appreciate the subtlety of power.

Wins start to look like this:

You stop asking for permission.
You stop shrinking your gorgeousity.
You wear the thing.
You take the class.
You start the project.
You say no.
You say yes.
You care less about optics and more about goosebumps.

Reclaiming my power has been a lifelong quest— Parts of it were traded for approval. Parts of it were taken. And some of it, honestly, I just forgot I had.

These days, I think power looks way less like proving yourself & way more like being yourself.

No guru needed.
