Request to please help support my Brother Jason in receiving a kidney transplant! Please hear what has happened since my last post. Jason has been on dialysis for 2 years now and has struggled tremendously with the treatments. In and out of the ER countless times. He needs a new kidney. And the Dove organization found him one and my brother was scheduled to receive the donor's kidney this morning. Praise God! They had flown the donor in Monday and was going through surgery prep testing and the hospital did a scan and found an "anomaly" on the other kidney that they said would put her at risk of having medical issues later. Needless to say she and my brother are very upset because she can not do the surgery now. Jason was called yesterday with the sad news at the last minute. We are all so disappointed. Including his daughter Alicia Edmondson who lost her Mother a year ago. If my brother leaves the earth she will have lost both her parents as a teenager.
The good news is this amazing non-profit organization Dove, is working on finding a new donor asap. My ask of all of my network is to please share this post with your personal network, church and any organizations so we get his story and the Dove organization out to the world in hope to save my brother's life. And if you feel called to personally be the donor please contact me or the Dove organization. I thank the amazing soul in this moment, that is coming to donate their kidney to my brother to give him new life for him to fulfill God's purpose placed on his heart to serve here on earth.
