ONE thing transformed my body: muscle.
For years I chased a number on the scale - and I was constantly puffy, tired and even when I hit it… I didn’t look or feel meaningfully different.
When I started building muscle everything changed.
building muscle is the best thing you can do for your:
- longevity
- blood sugar regulation
- hormone regulation
- bone density
- also abs / assets / body definition.
In the first video I was working out daily, tracing and taking a ton of hot classes, doing lots of cardio, and lifting weights but not with the intentionally close to failure I do now.
Second video? ALIGN strength. I’m almost 10 lbs heavier but visibly leaner, 7% less body fat— and my performance across strength, running and overall energy is through the roof.
Muscle burns fat, requires more calories.
To build muscle we need stimulus.
Light weights aren’t going to be enough stimulus.
