QuarterLab Design Build

Our Rollingwood Project was all about symmetry. We had several internal meetings about the best tile layout . While the horizontal grout lines were repeating, the vertical ones were not. With careful planning, we were able to create a final product for even the most discerning OCD tendencies. 😊

We are super excited about our Sierra Madre Project (currently in the framing stage). This full living unit pool house will have a main roof that will partially shade the pool from the intense afternoon summer heat. This tiny house will have multiple roof planes inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s work. Little details like a breeze block screen will make this one fantastic mid century new build 😊

Our River-O Project was one of those new build la that we designed and built in house. The front facade is a mix of wood and board/batten siding in just the right colors. It could be one of our favorite mid century new builds 💕

On a scheduled trip to our Wright St project this last week, we were hoping for better weather for a few snapshots. The rain gave us a new look look to this project. The glossy ipe deck set off against that smooth stucco exterior is making us love this project even more 💕
