Create a Student Leadership Portfolio demonstrating skills, commitment, and involvement to employers or graduate schools. The Leadership Program (LP) has a three-year track and a four-year track. Both tracks provide progressive, extensive activities for you to learn more about yourself, organizations in which you are a part, the community in which you live, and the world in which you're a citizen. Best of all, the program offers you once a semester programs but also allows you to build a portfolio with the other things you're already doing! To facilitate the student’s progression and leadership development from an individual to a global perspective, LP programs are organized to cover the different annual themes based on the Seven C's of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.
