Kohana Vanilla Cold Brew Popsicles

Ingredients:
12 ounces Kohana cold brew coffee
14 ounces canned coconut milk
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Optional: Peanuts

Directions:
Blend together all ingredients except the chocolate until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, Insert the popsicle stick and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the frozen popsicles from the molds and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Drizzle with the melted dark chocolate, add peanuts, then place them back in the freezer to harden.
Store the finished popsicles in a single layer in a freezer bag or other airtight container.
