For our banana bread loversβ¦ you need to try these high protein banana bread protein balls π
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1β2 tbsp maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)
1/4 cup nut butter
1 cup almond flour
2 scoops of Equip Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup chocolate chips
How to make:
Mash 1 ripe banana until smooth
Mix in maple syrup + nut butter
Add almond flour + Equip vanilla protein powder
Stir until a soft dough forms and roll into bite-sized balls
Freeze for 30 minutes
Melt chocolate chips then dip protein balls into the melted chocolate
Freeze again until set
