Program provides case management, mental health and substance use counseling, and psychiatric services for people living with HIV, as well as linkage and referral to residential substance use services. Program also offers harm reduction materials, including: safer s*x kits, needle cleaning kits, safer smoking kits, and opioid overdose reversal kits.
