Aspiring author and occasional public speaker; even been on the news a few times (to talk about beer). As difficult as it may be, I'd really like to make a career out of this and deeply appreciate any help offered, even if it's just a few nasty comments on my writing.

Apathy is a devil that watches train stations for those too consumed with minutiae to remember life needs to be lived, not endured and offers deals that turn time hollow; it’s a lesson we could likely all use reminding of every so often and certainly one I find myself guilty of misremembering. Folding chiles into linguine is the of the madder crossroads I’ve dared to fjord and, in doing so, I decided it was all or nothing. Today we have chiled linguine pan fried in hot chili crisp oil and black truffle butter with creminis offered the same deal and blackened tilapia. This massive savory improvised munition asked for a little lemon tartness to bring things into focus and needed a beer that wouldn’t get in the way. Enter to run cleanup; while the role could’ve been filled by any clean, subtle lager I’m finding the task of locating one locally isn’t tipping the scales on my general apathy towards craft beer but that’s a tale for another time.
