I have been loving up on this shiritaki rice as it’s loaded with fiber which is essential for the proper detoxification of excess hormones.

It’s also gluten and grain-free and organic. Yay🥰

Beer Braised Pulled Jackfruit💥💥💥💥

Jackfruit is my bestie because it is an awesome fruit that is packed with essential nutrients, such as protein, potassium, calcium, and iron! It also contains B-complex vitamins which is crucial for optimal adrenal function🤓
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I used  craft beer to make this come to life! This recipe is as easy as "throw all your ingredients into your pressure cooker and hit cook" and as tasty as "hot diggity DANG this is good!"😆👅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Recipe:
1 can organic jackfruit 
1 can Get Gruvi non alcoholic beer
1/4 onion chopped
1 garlic clove
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 Tbsp. ACV
1/2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
Cinnamon + chili powder

A sneak peak into my daily life.

Comfy clothes, a warm cup of herbal tea, and smiling while reading through all of your comments and messages 🥰

Also, I totally upped my tea game by getting the  tea maker. It's made with food-grade stainless steel, German Schott Glass, Stix thermostats, and BPA-free silicone.

🙅🏽‍♀️I have been very cautious in making sure that I do not use any toxic cookware products as toxins/chemicals really funk with our hormones (more on this in a later podcast episode).
