Dear Austin Perio Health Patients & Families,

Given the rapidly changing COVID-19 environment, we would like to remind you that the safety and well-being of our patients and our community is our top priority. We will continue to follow guidelines from the American Dental Association (ADA), Center for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure your safe care. This includes exceeding the recommended infection control for our office.

At this time, at the recommendation of American Dental Association and in corroboration with many of our area colleagues, Austin Perio Health will only treat the following patients:

1) those with dental emergencies

2) surgical post-operative patients

3) patients with active infection and moderate to severe pain

This protocol is planned for the period of 3/18/2020 through 4/1/2020. We will routinely re-evaluate this protocol as new federal, state, and local developments arise.
