You didn’t ruin your progress this weekend.

Relax.

You did not gain 7 pounds of fat from that piece of pizza, those margaritas, and brunch.

What actually happened:

• Your body is holding water
• Your stomach is full
• Your brain is saying “welp… I blew it”

And that last one is the real problem.

Because most people quit on Monday morning only to start again the next Monday.

Today we simply do this:

✔ Lift something
✔ Eat protein
✔ Drink water
✔ Walk a little

That’s it.

Momentum comes back fast when you stop overthinking.
