Two things… even multiple things… can be true at once.

You don’t have to pick the “better” emotion.
You don’t have to minimize what hurts to honor what’s good.

Healing happens when we stop judging our emotions and start holding them with intention.

This is the work.
Not fixing yourself…
But making room for all of you. 💚

Also… yes, the camera is shaking a little 😅
But honestly? That feels fitting. 😬

Because sometimes your thoughts feel shaky too. Unsteady. Loud. Hard to hold still.

And yet…

The moment you can notice the thought, not fix it, not fight it, just notice it… you create space.

And that space? That’s where your power lives.

“I’m not enough.”
“I messed that up.”
“I’ll never get it right.”

Those thoughts might still show up. But you don’t have to become them.

I come back to often: You can hold the thought… and hold yourself with compassion at the same time.

Shaky camera and all… still grounded. Still present. Still you.
