I'm super excited to let you know that my good friend Jody Glisman Best has officially joined VNUE INC as our on-staff record promoter as we grow our Artist Services division!
It really is a small world factor. Pretty much our entire VNUE team has worked at Capitol Music Group (Capitol Records) at one time or another, almost to the point where we are kinda like "Capitol Jr." lol.
Anyway, Jody is President and founder of Best Bet Promotions, an independent promotion & marketing company focusing on airplay with Classic Rock & Mainstream Rock radio, setting up a variety of promotions and marketing campaigns including all radio formats, radio special clearances along with artist interviews, giveaways and meet and greets with terrestrial radio & radio syndications.
She worked for Capitol Records/EMI Music for 20 years, and has worked with literally some of the biggest in the industry: The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Duran Duran, Poison, The Rolling Stones, Dean Martin, and many more.
She currently works with Def Leppard, Night Ranger, Tesla the Band, my good friend Frank Hannon Music, Dirty Honey, Mike Tramp of WhiteLion, Mr. Big, Ron Keel, and also separately works with yours truly (Zach Bair) for my own music (super humbling to be alongside these greats).
Previously she has worked with KISS, Journey, Sammy Hagar (The Red Rocker), Rick Springfield, Scorpions, Lynch Mob, and more, just to name a few.
