So sad that I had to cancel my garden day due to rain. It's always a pleasure to reconnect monthly with ladies who know the real dirt.

Our plants, shrubs, and trees are becoming confused. Last week we enjoyed 80+ degree weather but today dipped into the 30s and 40s. Expect 40-50 degree highs for the next two weeks. After a perfect Holiday-Holi-Diva day in December I am very much looking forward to our January brunch meeting. Happy New Year 2016!

70 degrees and raining all day. Perfect time for making homemade chicken noodle soup and a pot of chili- and movie night.
