Let’s talk EVENT SETUPS! Here’s our little list of tips to consider BEFORE vendors start lining up at the loading dock on the big day:
🌦️ Never forget that Texas weather be wildin’ and that rain/wind/flood/volcano plans are NOT overrated
📆 Create a loading dock schedule, send it to all parties involved and designate someone to oversee its ex*****on on event day
🅿️ Notate nearby safe, accessible and long term parking that’s box-truck friendly
🗣️ Overcommunocate when it comes to your setup logistics, spacing, entrances and exits and keep in mind we’ll be carrying heavy things!
