That means the pricing is established during the bidding process, while still leaving flexibility for clients to make final fixture and finish selections along the way. It creates more clarity upfront, while still allowing room to personalize the home throughout the process.
More clients are asking for prep kitchens, especially in homes built for entertaining.
Keeping the smaller appliances and everyday prep in the back allows the main kitchen to stay clean, open, and centered around gathering. On this one, the interior design team also brought in a wider range of color, while details like the flush vent hood help everything continue to flow seamlessly through the space.

One of the priorities for this Lake Travis project was keeping the connection to the water present throughout the house, even in the workout room.
By enclosing the space in glass, the clients are still able to look out to the lake while using the room. It changes the feel of the space completely and keeps it tied back to the setting around it.
