Getting through the Plumbing top out, electrical and mechanical roughs, and ultimately the frame inspection always feels like the longest stretch of the job. Though much is changing, it’s not as noticeable as the when the concrete is placed or the frame goes up. This part of the project is definitely “ the hump.” Once you are through the frame inspections th progress seem to a start moving a little quicker.

ADU going up Austin. This project is another collaboration with Thoughtbarn. Always a pleasure working with their team. They put a lot of detail and thought into their designs and it shows. Looking forward to seeing the finished product on this one.
