The goal of WorkSTEPS is to create a safer, more productive workplace. The WorkSTEPS program effectively reduces the incidence rate of work related injury, and associated industry cost, achieved through injury prevention and rehabilitation management through it's suite of Functional Testing Services. Employers utilizing the WorkSTEPS program are experiencing average work injury reductions of 50% during the first year of implementation with continued reductions in the second and third years.
