Yet there are many areas of these cars that can be modernized without losing their character. There are many areas that can use improvement, such as engine cooling, alternator upgrades, etc. One big improvement is air conditioning. Currently we are in the final design phase for an AC kit for the Spitfire 1500 and Midget 1500. Once those come online, kits for the earlier Spitfires will be designed.
