Two weeks ago I told my ride room that when I hit 10,000 followers on , we’d do Jell-O shots instead of arms. This past Tuesday, we celebrated with a full room of people who have shown up for me week after week. In the room, on my page, in life. Long before any number ever mattered.

But here’s the thing. I almost didn’t start this page.

I thought about it for a long time and kept talking myself out of it. I always play it safe in a lot of areas of my life, and I try to stay in the version of myself that feels the most comfortable. And comfortable is fine, but it’s not the same thing as being fulfilled.

Starting this page meant putting my face and my voice and my opinions out there for strangers to judge. I knew people would have opinions about it, and they did. Some still do. But here’s what I’ve learned. When you stop worrying about the judgment and just do the thing that makes you feel good, the right people find you. Not everyone, and not immediately, but the ones who matter.

So, if you’ve been sitting on something. A page, a project, a passion, a version of yourself you’ve been too scared to share. I’m telling you, post it. Start it. Say it out loud. You’re going to feel ridiculous and you’re going to second-guess yourself, but I want you to accept the fear and do it anyway. Because I promise the right people will show up.

10K is a number. That room on Tuesday? That was the whole point.
