Or choose to build your own sandwich with fresh baked breads from Easy Tiger, Texas and Spanish artisan cheeses and one of our signature sauces made in-house. Your choice of our fresh vegetables, fruits and cured meats make perfect additions to any sandwich. But we cannot sell beer out of a trailer, so we give it away! Join us every Friday evening from 6 p.m. until close (or we run out) for beer on us and delicious artisan grilled cheese sandwiches.
